Job Profile Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Officer to handle day-to-day human resource operations. The candidate will support recruitment, employee management, attendance, payroll coordination, and ensure smooth HR processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
• Coordinate payroll data, salary processing, and statutory compliance support
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
• Assist management in implementing HR policies and disciplinary procedures
• Monitor employee performance and support appraisal processes
• Coordinate training programs and staff development activities
• Ensure compliance with company rules and workplace discipline
• Support office administration and HR reporting

Skills & Competencies Required

• Basic knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and payroll coordination
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Problem-solving and conflict-handling ability
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of labor laws is an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience as an HR Officer or HR Executive preferred
• Freshers with HR qualification may also apply
• Well-organized, disciplined, and people-oriented professional
