Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Doha, Qatar
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive HR Officer to manage day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll administration. The ideal candidate should be organized, presentable, and capable of handling HR functions efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide HR support to staff and management
  • Assist in monthly payroll and maintain accurate HR records
  • Maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar labor laws
  • Coordinate training, performance evaluations, and staff engagement initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HRMS database updates
  • Support other administrative HR functions as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in Qatar
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll processing
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Hands-on experience with Mena ME HRMS software will be an advantage
  • Presentable with strong English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Locally available in Doha with immediate joining preferred.
