We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our Group Holding company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating various HR functions to support our diverse business units. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives while ensuring smooth operational HR processes across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Comply with HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Handle recruitment and selection processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Manage employee relations, addressing staff inquiries and resolving workplace conflicts.
- Coordinate performance management processes including appraisals and development plans.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular reports.
- Support benefits administration and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to Qatar.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify workforce needs and propose HR solutions.

Requirements:

- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Must have experience in handling both white-collar (office staff) and blue-collar (labour/field workforce) employees.
- Strong understanding of Qatari labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on employee engagement.
- Confident in using HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
