HR officer

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management

* Handle recruitment for head office and project sites including chefs, kitchen staff, helpers, supervisors, drivers, and support staff.

* Conduct interviews, screening, and onboarding of new employees.

* Maintain employee personal files, contracts, and documentation.

* Ensure proper induction and orientation for site employees.

* Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift records for multiple locations.

* Coordinate payroll data with finance department.

* Implement company HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures.

* Address employee grievances and maintain good workplace relations.

* Monitor employee performance and support appraisal process.

* Plan and coordinate training related to food safety, hygiene, HSE, and ISO standards.

* Ensure compliance with Pakistan labour laws, minimum wage, EOBI, and social security.

Compliance, HSE & Food Safety Support

* Ensure staff compliance with HSE, HACCP, Halal, and food safety standards.

* Support internal and external audits (ISO 22000, HACCP, client audits).

* Maintain employee health records and medical fitness for food handlers.

* Coordinate safety training, PPE distribution, and incident reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.

* 3–5 years of experience in industrial, hospitality, or catering sector.

* Strong knowledge of labour laws, EOBI, and social security requirements.

* Experience in managing workforce at multiple locations.

* Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
