Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to support and manage day-to-day HR operations in our one British curriculum branch and can join us immediately. The ideal candidate should have prior school HR experience, strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and a solid understanding of ADEK policies and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, renewals, and offboarding.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, Ministry of Human Resources & Emirates (MOHRE), and ADEK regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate teacher and staff recruitment, including interview scheduling, offer letters, and joining formalities.
  • Handle probation reviews, confirmations, contract renewals, and performance documentation.
  • Support payroll coordination, leave management, attendance records, and HR reports.
  • Ensure staff visa, labour card, Emirates ID, and related government documentation are processed on time.
  • Assist in policy implementation, staff handbooks, and HR procedures aligned with school standards.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support audits, inspections, and ADEK compliance reviews as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Should be able to join immediately or as soon as possible.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience in a school environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Clear understanding of ADEK regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience handling HR operations across multiple branches is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
