HR Officer (Female)

Job Details

Aptech Learning North Nazimabad is seeking a dedicated, proactive, and people-oriented HR Officer (Female) to support and strengthen our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and policy implementation while ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing requirements.
  • Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare employment letters, contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support employee engagement activities and workplace initiatives.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and employee grievance handling.

Performance & Compliance

  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HR reports.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with organizational standards and legal requirements.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.

Requirements

Qualification

BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management from a recognized university.

Experience

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience.

Fresh graduates with strong HR knowledge and excellent communication skills may also apply.

Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
