Aptech Learning North Nazimabad is seeking a dedicated, proactive, and people-oriented HR Officer (Female) to support and strengthen our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and policy implementation while ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing requirements.
- Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
HR Operations & Administration
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation.
- Prepare employment letters, contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities and workplace initiatives.
- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
- Assist in conflict resolution and employee grievance handling.
Performance & Compliance
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HR reports.
- Ensure HR practices comply with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Requirements
Qualification
BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management from a recognized university.
Experience
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience.
Fresh graduates with strong HR knowledge and excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
