HR Officer (Healthcare)

HR Officer (Healthcare Sector)

The ideal candidate must have experience as HR within a healthcare environment, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Key Requirements:

Male Candidate

Arabic Speaker mandatory

Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law

Knowledge of MOPH registration and licensing process is mandatory

Previous healthcare sector experience is required

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

· Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

· Handle evaluation and licensing processes in DHP for Nurses, Allied Health Practitioners, and Physicians.

· Responsible for submitting privilege applications for doctors.

· Ensure all HR policies and procedures are updated and compliant with local labor laws and regulations.

· Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and confidential HR files.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in a similar HR role, within the Healthcare sector.
