Job Summary
Gilani Mobility is seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer / HR Administrator to support the full spectrum of HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll coordination, and daily HR administrative tasks. Strong communication and Excel proficiency are required.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Employee Relations
- Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
- Ensure smooth communication between employees and management.
- Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Prepare and verify monthly attendance, overtime, deductions, and final payroll reports.
- Maintain employee files, contracts, renewals, and documentation.
- Process leave requests, NOCs, memos, and HR-related letters.
- Coordinate with Accounts for salary disbursements.
HR Administration
- Maintain HR records, trackers, and databases (attendance, leave, recruitment, training).
- Assist with visa processing by coordinating with PRO.
- Prepare HR reports for management when required.
- Support performance evaluations, KPIs, and appraisal cycles.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
Additional HR Tasks
- Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations.
- Manage internal communication and announcements.
- Support HR audits and compliance checks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data management).
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Good understanding of UAE labor law.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
