HR Officer / HR Executive (On-Site – Construction)

The HR Officer Male (On-Site) is responsible for managing all HR functions at the construction site including workforce management, compliance, payroll coordination, worker welfare, recruitment support, and ensuring that site operations follow company policies and statutory regulations. This role requires daily presence at the project site and office related outside work

Working Conditions

• Full-time onsite role at construction project location.
• Extended hours or weekend work may be required based on project needs.
• Frequent field movement within the site.
• Require only Male Candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.91 per month
