Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Officer – Payroll & Attendance to manage employee attendance records, payroll inputs, leave tracking, and HR documentation. The role also includes handling EOBI compliance and supporting recruitment activities for Customer Support and SQA roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
Provide payroll inputs and handle employee payroll queries.
Maintain employee files and update HR records.
Manage EOBI registration and monthly contribution reports.
Support recruitment activities including CV screening and interview coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (HR / Business Administration preferred).
1–2 years of HR experience (Payroll or HR Operations preferred).
Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
