We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage core human resource functions and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR operations within Saudi Arabia and be familiar with government procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR systems
- Manage payroll coordination, leave administration, and employee benefits
- Address employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively
- Support performance appraisals and training initiatives
- Employees Engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience within Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and government portals
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
Pay: Up to ﷼6,000.00 per month
