How You'll ContributeAs an HR Operation/Admin Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping address complex business issues from strategy to execution. The HR Operation/Admin Manager is a client facing leadership role within PwC Managed Services, responsible for overseeing the delivery of HR operational services within a managed services environment, ensuring consistent, efficient, and high quality execution across multiple clients. This role manages day to day HR operations, implements HR policies and procedures aligned with internal standards and client requirements, and ensures full compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. By driving operational excellence and maintaining a structured, service oriented administrative environment, the HR Operations/Admin Manager supports client satisfaction, strengthens operational stability, and enhances overall HR service effectiveness.
Daily Tasks and Delivery ExpectationsYears of Experience:
Minimum 7 years in HR Operations, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Designations & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
