Job description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Analytics & HR Operations professional to support data-driven HR decisions while managing core HR operational processes. The role will focus on HR data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and smooth execution of HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
HR Analytics
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to recruitment, attrition, performance, compensation, and engagement
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations for leadership
- Track key HR metrics (turnover, hiring efficiency, absenteeism, productivity, etc.)
- Provide actionable insights to improve workforce planning and HR strategies
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across HR systems
HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee records, confirmations, exits, and documentation
- Handle HRIS updates and ensure system data integrity
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance coordination
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes
- Assist in audits, compliance reporting, and policy implementation
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and SOPs
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with HR analytics, MIS, and dashboards
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced), Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
- Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR Analytics and HR Operations
- Experience in mid to large-sized organizations preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹249,823.04 - ₹350,000.98 per year
