SAP SuccessFactors HR module

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Operations professional with strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors HR modules. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day system operations, support, configuration, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors to support HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and support of SAP SuccessFactors HR modules.
• Handle system configuration, data maintenance, and user access management.
• Provide L1/L2 support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams/vendor when required.
• Support HR teams in process optimization and system enhancements.
• Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with HR policies.
• Assist in system testing, upgrades, releases, and change management.
• Prepare documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Support reporting and analytics requirements within SuccessFactors.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong knowledge of HR processes (Employee Central preferred)
• Experience in SAP Operations / Application Support
• Understanding of integrations, data loads, and workflows
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have:

• SAP SuccessFactors certification
• Experience with global HR implementations
• Exposure to multiple SuccessFactors modules

• Lahore or Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
