Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Operations Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, supporting Finance-related processes. This role will focus on day-to-day SAP operations, system support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors modules aligned with finance and reporting needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote, contract-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Finance integrations, reporting, and data accuracy
• Manage day-to-day system activities including user access, configurations, workflows, and data maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, coordinating with SAP vendors and internal stakeholders as needed
• Support finance-related processes such as cost center management, budgeting inputs, and payroll/finance integrations
• Assist in system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployments
• Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and user guides
• Support audits, compliance checks, and data validation activities
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth system operations

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors in an operations or support role
• Hands-on experience supporting Finance-related processes or integrations within SAP
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and data flows
• Experience with system troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis
• Strong analytical and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in contract or project-based SAP roles
• Exposure to SAP Finance (FICO) integrations is a plus
• Prior experience supporting global or multi-entity environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Finance (FICO) or other SAP ERP integrations
• Exposure to Employee Central, Compensation, or Payroll modules
• Experience supporting global or multi-country implementations
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools and analytics
• Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, or audit processes
• SAP or SuccessFactors certifications

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
