Job Title: Human Resource Generalist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Manage attendance, leave, and HR records
  • Support payroll coordination and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Assist in employee engagement and performance management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR generalist experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and MS Office
