Job Title: HR Operations & Administration Executive

(or HR Operations & Administration Manager, depending on level)

Job Summary:

The HR Operations & Administration Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operational and administrative activities, ensuring smooth functioning of HR processes and compliance with company policies. This role supports the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding to exit — and ensures that HR data, systems, and documentation are accurate, confidential, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:1. HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
  • Prepare and issue HR letters (offer, confirmation, promotion, transfer, experience, etc.).
  • Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance, leave records, and employee data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and reimbursements.
  • Manage employee benefits such as insurance, leaves, and statutory compliance.

2. HR Administration

  • Oversee office administration functions such as attendance tracking, stationery, and facility coordination.
  • Manage vendor relationships for HR and admin-related services (background verification, insurance, etc.).
  • Support HR audits and ensure all documentation complies with statutory and organizational policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company data.

3. Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare programs.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support internal communication initiatives and HR announcements.

4. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards (headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.) for management review.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Experience:

  • 2–6 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration (depending on level).

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
