Purpose of the role

To ensure smooth HR administrative processes and ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies, and to ensure a positive employee experience during the onboarding and offboarding phase.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files and in the HRIS ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, data protection regulations and internal HR policies.
  • Manage employment contracts, social insurance and other HR related documentation.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage system entries regarding employees’ onboarding and offboarding, in addition to changes regarding employees’ updates
  • Manage clearance forms and final settlements for leavers.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new joiners and leavers by coordinating with IT, Admin and Finance teams
  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation.
  • Generate regular HR reports using the HRIS.
  • Manage legal cases and compliance
  • Assist in updating internal HR policies and procedures
  • Support in addressing HR Operations queries from employees and managers via email and tickets on the system


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field
  • 0-1 years of experience in HR Operations and HR Administration
  • Solid understanding of personnel processes, payroll, taxes and Egyptian labor law are a must
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in HRIS and managing employee records, onboarding and off-boarding
  • Strong organizational and time-managements skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally with the team, including team leaders and managers
