About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Operations Associate
to join our team on a
6-month contractual basis
. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is eager to begin their HR career in a
fast-paced, technology-driven environment
. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Support and execute end-to-end HR operational activities, including:

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience

Coordinate with relevant teams for user ID creation and system access for new joiners

Prepare, maintain, and manage HR documentation, records, and filing systems
-
Draft and send formal HR communications and emails to new joiners and employees

Maintain and update HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Manage and monitor the attendance management system

Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards for senior management review

Ensure timely processing of final settlements, including experience letters and other exit-related documentation

Support initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and engagement

Assist with additional HR operational tasks as required to support business needs
Key Requirements

Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a related field

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline

Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail

Ability to multitask, manage workload effectively, and meet deadlines

Comfortable working in a fast-paced tech environment

Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus

Strong communication and coordination skills

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
