Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to join our team and support our HR Business Partners in delivering efficient and effective human resources services. As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in handling various cyclical and ad hoc HR processes, ensuring the smooth execution of performance evaluations, diversity initiatives, promotions, and compensation activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support will involve entering Workday transactions, handling reporting requests, assisting with audits, and the tracking and maintenance of employee data and documents.

Provide day to day support for employees and managers on operational HR matters by providing timely, accurate and thorough responses.

  • Examples include answering policy questions, assisting with off boarding, immigration questions, mobility eligibility, leave processing, employment verifications letters, etc.
  • Project manage planned and ad-hoc activities for the HR Business Partner and/or HRES team.
  • Liaise with HR Solutions teams and product areas to deliver HR services to HR Business Partners, managers and employees.
  • Ensure requests are tracked appropriately to completion; log information into systems and update information in a timely and accurate manner in order for team to track service inquiries, resolutions and provide metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR operations or administrative support is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, such as performance evaluations, promotions, and compensation, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS software, such as Workday, and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
