LinkUW is a team dedicated to delivering quality administrative support in finance and human resources to partner units across the university. Our team will be composed of professionals who have expertise in performing high-volume or time-bound administrative services. LinkUW will deliver timely and customer-centered support that enables campus partners to focus on advancing the university’s mission.
Compensation:
The starting hourly rate of pay is expected to be between $21.00 and $24.00. Actual pay is determined at hire and is based on experience and qualifications.

Required qualifications:
Experience in Higher Education, or other complex organization in one of the following HR functions: Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time Off management
Preferred qualifications:
1 to 2 years’ experience at the University or University System
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Ability to resolve employee inquiries
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments, units, or functional teams within a large, complex organization.

High School Diploma Required
