Job Summary:
The HR Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient human resource operations and services. This role supports a wide range of HR functions including employee lifecycle management, HR data and systems, compliance, payroll coordination, and policy administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple HR administrative tasks with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, induction coordination, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records (digital and physical) in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, transfers, promotions, etc.).
- Issue employee letters (e.g., offer, confirmation, appraisal, relieving, etc.).
2. HRIS & Data Management
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for headcount, attrition, leave, and other HR metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems and documentation.
3. Payroll & Attendance Coordination
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, and reimbursements.
- Track employee attendance, leave balances, and timesheets.
- Support in monthly payroll inputs, and reconciliations.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Assist in maintaining and auditing HR documents such as contracts, policies, and registers.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR operations.
5. Policy Administration
- Support in communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Help update the employee handbook, code of conduct, and other HR documents.
6. Employee Support & Communication
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations.
- Support grievance handling and ensure employee satisfaction from an operational standpoint.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and internal communication campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Zoho People, BambooHR, etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR information.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
