Vendor Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment vendors.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding, contract management, and compliance documentation.
  • Track vendor performance, service quality, and adherence to agreed terms.

Recruitment Support

  • Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor-sourced hires and recruitment metrics.
  • Support HR team in evaluating vendor effectiveness and cost efficiency.

Invoice & Payment Processing

  • Generate, verify, and process invoices for recruitment vendors.
  • Ensure accuracy in billing based on agreed fee structures and placements.
  • Collaborate with finance to track payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready records.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain vendor databases and documentation in HR systems.
  • Prepare periodic reports on vendor costs, recruitment outcomes, and budget utilization.
  • Support process improvements to streamline vendor and invoicing workflows

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
