HR Operations Executive - UAE (UAE national)

Are you passionate about creating seamless HR experiences and ensuring operational excellence? Join our dynamic HR team as an HR Operations Executive and play a key role in supporting our people and processes.

What You'll Do :

• Manage Emiratization recruitment efforts, including coordination with government portals and internal stakeholders
• Oversee the internship process, from sourcing and onboarding to evaluation and offboarding
• Manage and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems
• Prepare employment-related letters (offer letters, confirmations, salary certificates, NOCs, experience letters, etc.)
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and induction
• Assist in benefits administration such as leave tracking, pension related.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies
• Generate HR reports and dashboards for internal use
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For :

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles. To thrive in this role, you bring a solid understanding of UAE labor laws, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. You're proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and you take pride in your attention to detail and ownership of responsibilities. You're someone who enjoys building strong relationships, and communication is one of your key strengths. Your colleagues know you as a collaborative team player who contributes to a positive and supportive team culture.
