What we want:
Vertoz is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our HR team for a 6-month internship. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, onboarding, and HR data management.

What you will do:

  • HR Operations: Support daily HR activities including onboarding coordination, document collection, and record maintenance.
  • Research Support: Conduct research on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pool mapping.
  • ATS Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate data, job postings, and recruitment status.
  • Process Management: Ensure smooth workflows between HR operations and the recruitment team.
  • Data Reporting: Prepare and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the TA team to support end-to-end recruitment activities.


Requirements

  • Strong Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing data and recruitment records.
  • Research Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and present recruitment-related insights.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, and open to learning ATS/HRMS tools.
  • Eagerness to Learn: Interest in HR operations and recruitment processes.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and proactive in supporting the TA team.
