The HR & Operations Manager will oversee recruitment, employee management, organisational processes, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is structured, people-focused, proactive, and capable of building strong systems within the organisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage end-to-end hiring: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop HR policies, processes, and documentation to maintain discipline and professionalism.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.
- Oversee employee engagement, performance reviews, and grievance handling.
- Ensure a healthy, transparent, and positive work culture.
- Conduct training sessions and identify skill development needs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Operations
- Ensure smooth daily operations across departments.
- Implement systems and SOPs for better workflow and accountability.
- Coordinate between teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and tasks.
- Monitor work quality, deadlines, and departmental performance.
- Handle vendor management, procurement, and general office administration.
- Assist management in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with founders and managers to execute strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. (MBA preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience in HR or operations, preferably in a creative/digital agency.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and operational management.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
