1.Conduct weekly interviews for recruitment of Operators and Service Engineers.

2.Organize and conduct weekly Monday workshop meetings.

3.Supervise and monitor asset renovation and upkeep activities.

4.Handle employee exit processes & farewell program.

5.Conduct monthly meetings with head of department in every last week of a month.

6.Manage manpower training and counseling.

7.Prepare and document minutes of meetings accurately .

8.Monthly & Annual Event Celebration

9.Manage service agreements related to contract manpower, maintain records of the services rendered, and ensure proper documentation of contract employees.

10. Facilitate the joining process through induction and the ERP system, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and filed properly.

11.Assign ID cards, safety shoes, and uniforms to employees as part of the onboarding process and maintain related records.

12. Address and resolve day-to-day complaints related to maintenance, housekeeping, and other facility-related services. Coordinate with relevant teams for prompt action.

13. Regularly follow up with employees and contractors to collect necessary documents as per HR and compliance requirements.

14.Review and verify OT forms submitted by departments, maintain accurate records, and forward validated data to the manager for payroll processing.

15. Maintain a comprehensive record of all gate passes issued, ensuring data accuracy and availability for audits or inspections.

16.Keeping records of all hard documents.

17.Conducting and supervising monthly review meeting of every department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
