HR & Operations Manager

Salary: PKR 60,000/month (Negotiable)

Role Overview

UKEC Pakistan is hiring an experienced HR & Operations Manager to lead Human Resources functions and oversee office operations and facility management. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to support business growth through effective people and process management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (posting, screening, interviewing, hiring)
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee performance management and appraisals
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Support training, employee development, and workforce planning
  • Oversee daily office operations, handle administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR or a managerial role
  • BBA or MBA (HR preferred), or relevant field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under pressure
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Working Hours

  • Ramadan: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Summer: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
