About the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to support our HR functions.
- This role is crucial in ensuring seamless HR operations, enhancing employee experiences, and supporting the strategic goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition -
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure timely communication with candidates.
2. Onboarding & Orientation
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Coordinate orientation sessions, prepare onboarding materials, and introduce company policies and culture.
- Gather and verify all required documentation from new employees.
3. Employee Engagement & Development
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and development activities.
- Assist in the development of career paths and succession planning.
4. Performance Management
- Administer performance review processes, including goal setting, feedback collection, and performance appraisals.
- Support managers in performance coaching and improvement plans.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on trends.
5. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support conflict resolution and handle employee grievances with discretion and professionalism.
- Promote a positive work environment and uphold company values.
6. HR Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage data privacy protocols.
- Generate reports related to HR metrics, employee turnover, and compliance audits.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
3+ years of HR operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
