As an HR Operations Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations that keep our workforce moving. From attendance tracking and payroll support to onboarding, employee relations, and government documentation, you’ll be at the heart of the employee lifecycle.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and being the go-to person for HR operational support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Monitor and maintain employee attendance through the fingerprint system
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related documents (attendance summaries, leave records, IBANs, deductions, clearances, etc.)
  • Track sick leaves, overtime, permissions, and compensatory offs
  • Support payroll validation for overtime, incentives, and allowances
  • Help resolve payroll-related queries in coordination with HR and Payroll teams
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee HR queries
  • Support employee complaint and incident documentation under supervision
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve HR and benefits-related issues
  • Assist with accommodation, transportation, and leave coordination
  • Support onboarding documentation and system registration for new hires
  • Prepare employee files, contracts, and onboarding checklists.
  • Assist with orientation sessions and HR briefings.
  • Coordinate residency, work permits, renewals, and transfers with Government Relations
  • Maintain accurate records of passports, permits, and official documents
  • Assist with bank account setup and salary processing requirements
  • Support salary distribution (cash/cheque where applicable)
  • Ensure personnel files comply with local labor and residency laws
  • Maintain accurate HRIS and physical employee records
  • Prepare HR reports related to attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
  • Support audits, data collection, and HR operational reviews
  • Contribute to improving HR processes and system efficiency

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or HR support
  • Exposure to payroll, personnel administration, employee relations, or HR systems
  • Experience with HRIS and fingerprint attendance systems
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Very good English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Professional and confident when handling employee queries
  • Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Knowledgeable about basic labor laws and HR operations
  • Eager to learn, grow, and build a career in HR operations
