Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support day-to-day HR operations, with a primary focus on employee benefits administration and offboarding processes. This role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently while ensuring a smooth employee experience.
Responsibilities:

Manage employee benefits administration, including:

SIM issuance and record maintenance

Fuel card additions, deletions, and updates on the portal

Coordination and handling of IPD and OPD insurance processes

Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely processing of benefits

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across systems

Support the employee offboarding process, including documentation, system updates, and clearance coordination

Respond to employee queries related to benefits and HR operations in a timely and professional manner

Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to HR operations

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all HR operational activities

Collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and enhance employee experience
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and time management abilities

Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
