HR Operations Partner II

Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Operations II professional to support our India HR team in delivering a consistent, positive employee experience. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and induction through performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. The individual will partner with managers and HR colleagues to provide guidance, ensure compliance, and support organizational initiatives that promote a productive and supportive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate employee onboarding, induction, and orientation processes to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
  • Prepare and manage employment letters, contracts, and other HR documentation in compliance with local requirements.
  • Support HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including data accuracy, policy administration, and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations and performance management matters.
  • Assist in managing employee relations cases, ensuring fair and timely resolution while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Support workforce changes, including performance improvement planning, restructuring, and reductions in force.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams and business leaders to ensure consistent practices and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with company policy and local regulations.
  • Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support evolving business needs.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of HR experience with exposure to HR operations and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of performance management practices and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
  • Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner across teams.
