HR & Operations – Senior Executive
Role Overview

The HR & Operations – Senior Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, payroll administration, regional compliance across UAE and KSA, visa and immigration processes, and day-to-day operational support. The role requires strong hands-on execution, in-depth knowledge of regional labor laws, and effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth people and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Payroll

  • Manage and execute UAE and KSA payroll processing in compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Ensure accurate payroll calculations, salary disbursements, and payroll reconciliations
  • Maintain employee compensation records, payroll data, and confidential HR documentation
  • Coordinate with external payroll vendors, auditors, and consultants as required

Compliance & Statutory Management

  • Ensure adherence to UAE and KSA labor laws, payroll compliance, and statutory regulations
  • Handle payroll-related taxation, statutory filings, and documentation
  • Monitor regulatory updates and implement changes in HR and payroll processes
  • Support audits and compliance reviews related to payroll and statutory requirements

Visa & Immigration Management

  • Handle end-to-end UAE visa processing, including employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and status changes
  • Coordinate with PROs, government portals, and authorities for visa-related activities
  • Support KSA visa processing and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate visa, immigration, and employee records

Operations & Administration

  • Support HR and operations reporting for management
  • Assist in workforce planning, budgeting, and cost control activities
  • Coordinate with HR, Admin, Finance, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational workflows
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong hands-on experience in UAE and KSA payroll operations and compliance
  • Proven experience in UAE visa and immigration processing
  • Working knowledge of KSA visa processes (good to have)
  • Strong understanding of regional labor laws and statutory regulations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with integrity
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
