Key Responsibilities:1. HR Operations & Administration
- Manage and execute daily HR operational tasks, including employee data management, attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation.
- Oversee HRMS data accuracy and employee record updates in compliance with hospital HR protocols.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support to both clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Maintain staff files, ID cards, and ensure adherence to internal HR processes and policies.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for medical, paramedical, and administrative positions.
- Liaise with department heads for manpower planning and job requisitions.
- Facilitate onboarding, credential verification, and orientation of new hires in accordance with hospital regulations.
3. Statutory Compliance & HR Audits
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, JCI), and statutory HR documentation.
- Assist during internal and external HR audits.
- Maintain compliance registers and ensure timely submission of statutory returns (PF, ESI, etc.).
4. Payroll & Attendance Management
- Validate attendance and leave records and prepare inputs for monthly payroll processing.
- Coordinate with finance for salary disbursements, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Manage shift schedules and biometric data for hospital and shift-based staff.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Support employee grievance handling and promote positive employee relations.
- Organize staff welfare programs, recognition events, and health initiatives.
- Conduct exit formalities, collect feedback, and prepare separation documents.
6. Training & Performance Support
- Coordinate training sessions on compliance, patient care, and behavioral skills.
- Maintain training records and track employee certifications and renewals (especially for clinical staff).
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles and maintain performance documentation.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of HR operations in hospital/healthcare environments.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and hospital information systems (HIS).
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance, labor laws, and accreditation requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage large, diverse workforces and handle confidential information with discretion.
