Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all core HR operational functions, including onboarding, offboarding, data management and benefits administration.
  • Identify, develop, and implement new HR processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and the employee experience.
  • Ensure all HR activities are compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain and update the employee handbook.
  • Manage and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Generate HR metrics and reports to provide data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and systems.
  • Liaise with HR vendors (e.g., benefits providers, HRIS platforms) to ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Design, manage, and execute a comprehensive onboarding program that ensures a positive new hire experience. This includes preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage the separation process with professionalism and care. Conduct exit interviews, process terminations in the HRIS, coordinate final pay and benefits, and ensure the return of company property.
  • Oversee all core HR operational functions, including data management, benefits administration, and payroll support. Continuously identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and the employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of progressive experience in HR, with a strong focus on HR operations, including hands-on management of high-volume onboarding and offboarding processes.
