Vadodara, India (hybrid role: 3 days office, 2 days home per week)

Join our Global HR Team as an HR Operations Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver exceptional HR services across the UK, Europe, UAE, and APAC.


Based in Vadodara, India, you’ll support our international HR operations team — ensuring our global teams enjoy a seamless and consistent employee experience. This role focuses entirely on HR processes and people support for existing employees. You’ll take ownership of key operational areas including onboarding (induction) and offboarding, HR data integrity, payroll coordination, compliance, and benefits administration. You’ll also play a vital role in driving the performance and appraisal cycle, supporting employee development initiatives, implementing HR policies, and continuously improving our processes. About the role:


This is a critical role in the evolution of HR service delivery, requiring both strong administrative expertise and project-level advisory skills. As the go-to HR expert, you’ll manage the full employee lifecycle across regions, ensuring seamless operations, accurate data, and exceptional employee experiences while driving process improvements and contributing to global HR initiatives in engagement, talent management, and automation.


Main responsibilities & duties:


  • First point of contact for all HR and Payroll enquiries via the HR Inbox and provide high-quality support.
  • Oversee the complete onboarding experience for new employees, following offer acceptance through integration HR inductions, and offboarding processes, coordinating with IT, Payroll, and line managers.
  • Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and ensure compliance with global data integrity standards.
  • Generate and validate HR reports, support audits, and provide data insights.
  • Prepare and issue HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and employment letters.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of HR Trackers for payroll inputs (new joiners, leavers, salary changes, benefits).
  • Contribute to process improvement and HR systems optimisation projects.
  • Partner with the HR team on global initiatives such as employee engagement, talent management, and automation of processes.
  • Support the HRBP with mid-year and annual reviews conducted via the HRIS system.
  • Highlight any service delivery issues and work closely with the HR team to resolve and find solutions.


About you:


We’re looking for an HR professional who brings energy, precision, and a global mindset. You’ll need:


  • 3–5 years’ hands on HR experience — ideally supporting HR internationally across multiple regions.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field .
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (desirable) or a similar HRIS.
  • A sharp eye for detail, excellent organization, and strong analytical skills.
  • Great communication skills and comfort working with stakeholders across time zones.
  • A professional, discreet approach to handling confidential information.
  • Flexibility to overlap with UK/Europe working hours when needed.
