HR Payroll Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processes with accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll operations and a strong understanding of statutory compliance, tax regulations, and employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Maintain employee records related to salary, attendance, leaves, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws such as PF, ESI, TDS, PT, and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for monthly inputs and reconciliation.
• Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
• Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation and data accuracy.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Familiarity with payroll software.
• Strong knowledge of statutory laws and tax implications.
• Excellent Excel and data management skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
