Job Summary:

Looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle payroll, compliance, and general HR functions. The candidate must have good knowledge of labour laws and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process monthly payroll with accurate deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)

• Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and file statutory returns

• Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities

• Support recruitment and coordinate interviews

• Manage performance appraisals and HR policies
