Job Description:

Triumph Auto (A TATA Motor Dealer) is urgently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HR MIS Payroll Sr. Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in HR MIS Payroll and should be proficient in managing employee data, generating reports, and assisting with HR-related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain Payroll of employee.

- Manage and maintain employee data in HR systems.

- Generate regular HR reports for management, including headcount, registration of PF & ESIC, turnover, and other key HR metrics.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR databases.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- At least 1.5 years of experience in HR MIS Payroll .

- Proficiency in Advance Excel and HR software systems.
