HR Payroll Executive ( Only Male Candidate )

Required Skills & Competencies

 knowledge of payroll systems and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS,

Gratuity).

 Knowledge of time labs software will be an added advantage

 Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, H Lookup, Pivot Tables, etc.) and payroll

software/HRMS.

 MIS preparation (HR Dashboards, Data Analysis)

 Attention to detail and high accuracy in calculations.

 Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Education & Experience

 Graduate in any discipline/ Diploma in HR from recognised institute.

 4+ years of experience in time & attendance, payroll operations from any

manufacturing setup.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 Accuracy in payroll input generation.

 Resolution time for employee payroll queries.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
