Position: HR Payroll Intern
Location: Rohini, Delhi
Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 per month
Duration: 6 Months Internship
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Work Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility for stretch hours
Gender Preference: Male candidate only
Strong Excel (Advanced) Skills preferred only

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated HR Payroll Intern to support our payroll and HR operations. The role requires strong Excel skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate salary processing and employee records management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records.
• Work on salary data management, MIS, and reporting using Excel.
• Support HR team with documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate with employees for payroll-related queries.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in payroll operations.
• Support additional HR activities as required.

Required Skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Management, etc.)
• Strong analytical and numerical ability.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and stretch hours when required.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility

• Graduate / Postgraduate student or fresher looking for HR/Payroll exposure.
• Immediate joiner.
• Male candidate only.
• Comfortable with extended working hours if required.
