HR & Payroll Officer

Job Summary:
Jascon Engineering W.L.L. is seeking a motivated and results-driven HR & Payroll Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and payroll processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Handle recruitment activities including screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Administer employee attendance, leave, overtime, and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company HR policies
  • Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and management reports
  • Coordinate with PRO for visas, renewals, medicals, and government formalities
  • Address employee queries related to HR and payroll matters
  • Support performance management and disciplinary procedures
  • Assist in HR audits and continuous improvement of HR processes

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR & payroll (preferably in construction/engineering sector)
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law
  • Experience with payroll systems and MS Excel
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with WPS payroll processing
  • Familiarity with ERP or HRMS systems
  • Multinational workforce handling experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Civil Construction Sector: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English, Urdu, Hindi (Preferred)
