ABS International has operated as a Direct US Principal from Karachi since 2012. We are a private company — not a government entity, not a publicly listed organization. Our HR & Payroll Officer manages the full employee lifecycle independently, without the bureaucratic layers that slow down payroll processing and bury HR professionals in filing work that has nothing to do with actual HR.

We have one seat open. We are hiring one person who will own this function completely.

What You Will Own

Monthly payroll from start to disbursement — attendance reconciliation, deductions, final settlements, and accuracy verification. Audit-ready employee files in both physical and digital format. Onboarding management for new team joiners, from offer letter through signed contract. First-point-of-contact for all employee record queries. You are not supporting an HR department. You are the HR department.

What You Will Need

At least two years of HR and payroll experience in a private-sector environment. MS Excel proficiency — you will use it daily for payroll calculations, attendance tracking, and record management. Strong attention to detail and discretion with confidential employee information. Comfort with owning a process end-to-end without waiting for sign-off at every step.
