- Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees, including salaried, hourly, and contract staff.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari labor laws, social security contributions (e.g., Qatari Social Insurance), and tax regulations.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Support HR initiatives related to compliance, performance management, and staff engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in Qatar labor laws and HR regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR and payroll experience in Qatar, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of Qatari labor laws, payroll regulations, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in payroll and HR software .
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
