HR - Performance Management (Night Shift)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive HR professional to support key HR functions, focusing on offshore performance management as well as onshore documentation, onboarding and orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance management systems, conduct reviews, and set KPIs with department heads.
• Identify training needs, design learning programs, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Address employee concerns, promote a positive and inclusive culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws & policies.
• Collect and analyze HR data, prepare reports, and provide guidance on HR policies & procedures.
• Support onshore documentation, clinician onboarding, and orientation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in HR with a focus on performance management and talent development.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work night shift (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.
• Immediate joiners and candidates from Trivandrum location preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
