ob Summary:
We are seeking an HR Performance & Strategy Specialist to design, manage, and monitor employee and departmental performance frameworks. The role focuses on KPI design, performance evaluation cycles, analytics, and reporting, with a strictly analytical and advisory scope and no decision-making authority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop KPIs for employees and departments aligned with approved strategic objectives.
- Translate organizational goals into measurable performance indicators.
- Develop performance evaluation models (quarterly / annual).
- Monitor performance cycles and ensure timely execution.
- Analyze performance results, gaps, and trends.
- Prepare dashboards and analytical performance reports.
- Review alignment between job descriptions and KPIs.
- Provide technical recommendations for performance improvement.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for data collection purposes only.
- Submit all reports and outputs to the Corporate Support Director for review and approval.
