HR & Placement Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Placement Officer to join our team at Core Institute of Technology. This dual-role position is crucial for building and nurturing both our internal work culture and our external connections in the job market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on leader, responsible for developing systematic processes in HR and placement, managing teams, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities

  • HR System Development: Design, implement, and manage a robust HR system, including policies, procedures, and best practices for talent management, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Work Culture Creation: Lead initiatives to create and maintain a positive, engaging, and professional work culture across all centers.
  • Team Coordination: Recruit, mentor, and coordinate HR interns, providing guidance and managing their professional development.
  • Multi-Center Management: Handle HR duties and provide support for staff located at our other centers, ensuring consistency in HR practices and communication.

Placement Responsibilities

  • Job Market Coordination: Systematically identify, develop, and maintain relationships with companies to secure fresher and internship opportunities for our students.
  • Student Placement: Oversee the end-to-end placement process, from student readiness and career counseling to successful job matching and follow-up.
  • System Building: Coordinate with other center heads and teams to build and streamline a centralized placement system that is efficient and scalable.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior-level HR or talent management role.
  • Demonstrated success in a placement, career services, or business development role within the education sector.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on building and improving systems and processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹181,203.83 - ₹471,196.52 per year
