seeking an experienced HR & PRO to manage human resources functions and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and government regulations. The ideal candidate will handle employee relations, recruitment, and public relations tasks, liaising with government departments and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary procedures professionally.
  • Conduct periodic performance appraisals and assist in employee training & development programs.
  • Oversee payroll coordination with the finance team, ensuring accurate salary processing, leave management, and WPS compliance.
  • Assist in employee engagement, welfare, and retention strategies.

Public Relations Officer Responsibilities:

  • Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and work permits for employees.
  • Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, DHA, Dubai Municipality, and other UAE government entities for company and employee-related transactions.
  • Process company trade license renewals, amendments, and legal documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE government regulations related to company and employee matters.
  • Process and track Emirates ID applications, medical tests, and labor contracts.
  • Coordinate with PRO services for documentation, approvals, and visa-related issues.
  • Keep track of UAE labor law updates and advise the management on regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR & PRO experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and government regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic (preferred).
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office & ERP NEXT.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Valid UAE driving license is needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
