Key Responsibilities:

✅ End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding

✅ Managing employee records and HR documentation

✅ Conducting induction and orientation programs

✅ Attendance, leave & payroll coordination

✅ Drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance

✅ Performance management & appraisal coordination

✅ Handling employee grievances professionally

✅ Organizing employee engagement & training programs

✅ Maintaining healthy work culture and discipline

✅ Coordinating with management for HR planning

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR / MBA HR or related field

5–7 years of HR experience (IT industry preferred)

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment platforms & payroll coordination

Problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
