Summary:


The HR Project Manager (HRPM) effectively executes and delivers all assigned projects identified in the HR Strategic Plan and other initiatives assigned. This position initiates, executes, monitors, and delivers projects that relate to specific transformational and HR strategic projects. The position collaborates with various stakeholders, including HR leadership, senior management, and external vendors, to meet project timelines, budgets, and objectives. The HRPM monitors project progress, identifies any roadblocks or issues, and implements action plans to address them.


What you’ll be contributing:


  • Manages and executes effectively all assigned projects on scope and budget and within defined timelines.
  • Supports HR process transformation initiatives and strategic project execution.
  • Supports project identification and project prioritization alongside the HR leadership team.
  • Provides support to communicate broad initiatives into the business for execution.
  • Builds and maintains strong interpersonal relationships, gaining consensus with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manages work and information flow between project participants and informs key stakeholders of any challenges or new risks to the project's success.
  • Supports the closing process for projects, ensuring all documentation is available for lessons learned and updating impacted processes, tools, and templates.
  • Creates and maintains project schedules, status reports, and updates for the HR leadership team and community.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Proactively coordinate projects and impacts of projects with local HR and operations team to ensure project success.
  • Rolls out and implements projects so that the company standards are achieved.
  • Assists with HR budgeting process and overall budget throughout the year.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.


To succeed in this position, you will need:


  • Ability to read, write and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc.
  • Minimum 4 year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of Experience in HR and/or project management in the HR field. Demonstrated experience and success in leading a team individually or through others and working with team members at all levels of the organization. Business maturity and awareness of topics that are confidential and sensitive. Attitude and aptitude for continuous improvement and change management, coupled with a flexible approach to getting things done.
  • Proven expertise in UKG Pro, WFM, and Project Management


Compensation:


  • Compensation: $102,700 - $125,600
  • Eligible for yearly bonus
